2013 Destin Area 4th of July Fireworks Schedule!

City of Destin's Independence Day Celebration & Bike Parade

On Wednesday, July 3rd, the city�s �Celebration in the Park� will get underway at the Morgan Sports Center with the annual Destin Bike Parade. This year�s parade will include bikes, strollers, wagons, etc.,all decked out in red, white and blue to show the patriotic significance of the parade. There will also be bounce houses for the younger ones to enjoy and keep busy. In addition to the parade, the city�s event on the 3rd will include opportunities for games, chalk drawings, and a live concert on the lawn at the Center by Chuck Lawson. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and or blankets and hunker down and get comfortable because at the close of the event there will be a spectacular fireworks show.

The City�s second event, the official Fourth of July fireworks spectacular is scheduled for the following night, Thursday July 4th, on the Destin Harbor where you�ll be treated to the annual City�s Fireworks over East Pass starting at 9pm

HarborWalk Village's 4th of July Red, White and Blue Celebration

The Red, White, and Blue Celebration at HarborWalk Village is a weekly honoring of a local hero. The celebrations highlight the efforts of people who go above and beyond to better their community. This week, help us honor Lt. Col. Samuel Lombardo for his dedication and service to our country.

Then enjoy an exciting live concert from Clinch 46 on the Main stage at 8:00pm, with a special Independence day fireworks show over the harbor at 9:00pm. Top off the evening with a live performance from the Andy Velo Band at 9:15pm!

Sandestin

Red, White and Baytowne

Join Sandestin for its spectacular 4th of July Celebration. Enjoy a day of fun in the sun, an evening that lights up the sky and family activities. The Village of Baytowne Wharf will have a host of kids activities from 6-10 p.m., including kids' crafts, face painting, and balloon sculpting. Live music will be performed from 6-9 p.m. Grab your boogie shoes and join in the fun. We will light up the sky over the lagoon with our 4th of July Fireworks Celebration at 9:15 p.m.

Community of Seaside

The annual July 4th parade begins in Seagrove and culminates in Seaside. Line up early along Scenic Highway 30A and be prepared for laughs and lots of loot!

Parade starts at 8am. After the parade, stick around for the awards presentation, face painting and other fun with 30A Radio. It's the perfect way to kick off your Independence Day!

Live pops performance from Pensacola Symphony Orchestra at 7pm, followed by spectacular fireworks display over the Gulf at 9pm.

Rosemary Beach 4th of July Celebration

You're invited to Rosemary Beach for a full day of 4th of July celebrations!

At 7:30am at North Barrett Square bring your bike or rent one and join in a free bike decorating breakfast party.
At 8:45am ride along in the annual bike parade. You just might win a prize for best decorated bike.
From 9:00-11:00am at the Western Green enjoy family fun with sack races, three-legged races, hula-hoop contests, and a water balloon toss. Not to mention live music, airbrush tattoos, balloons, and moonwalks.
From 5:00-7:00pm at the Eastern Green the celebration continues with a 4th of July barbecue. All the delicious food that an old-fashioned barbecue has to offer for $20 for adults/ $10 for kids 4-12 years of age/ Free for children 3 and under.
From 6:30-8:30pm at the Western Green enjoy live music under the stars.
At 8:45 on the beach finish the celebration with an exciting display of fireworks!

Fort Walton Beach

The City of Fort Walton Beach is preparing for its annual Fourth of July Celebration to be held on Thursday, July 4, 2013, at Fort Walton Landing. The event will include live music, entertainment and children's activities. The evening will conclude with a breathtaking fireworks display at approximately 8:30 pm.
